Marina Krau? is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Public Economics and Health Economics, led by Prof. Dr. Robert Nuscheler. From 2019 to 2025, she worked as a doctoral researcher at the same chair, where she completed her dissertation titled Determinants of Maternal Labor Supply (Supervisors: Prof. Dr. Robert Nuscheler and Prof. Dr. Philipp Lergetporer).?Her research investigates gender disparities in labor market outcomes, with a particular emphasis on the role of family policies and gender norms in shaping labor supply decisions. Additionally, she analyzes the impact of family policies on maternal health outcomes.
