with a workload of 75% of the regular full-time working hours, initially limited to one year. The remuneration will be up to pay group 8 TV-L if the personal and collective agreement requirements are met.

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking on organizational and administrative tasks in the areas of accounting, controlling, personnel, project monitoring
• Collaboration in the administration of third-party funded projects (including cost control, funding requests, proof of use, etc.)
• Organization of events and attendance of guests
• Communication with the administrative departments of the 威尼斯赌博游戏_威尼斯赌博app-【官网】 of Augsburg
• Assumption of substitute tasks in the chair secretariat

Your profile:

• Administrative or commercial training (e.g. administrative assistant (m/f/d), clerk (m/f/d) for office communication, business economist (m/f/d) or higher qualification
• proficient handling of Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel), as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new programs
• independent working style including independent processing of certain subject areas
• basic knowledge in event management/planning, budgeting and human resources or social media marketing is an advantage
• friendly, confident and professional appearance, as well as discretion, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills are expected.

The required qualifications must already be proven in the application documents by means of appropriate certificates.
